Levy Salis LLP is very pleased to welcome, Francis Hally as an Associate tax Lawyer.
Francis is a member of the Barreau du Québec. Prior to joining Levy Salis LLP, he practiced as an associate for a national Canadian law firm and as a tax manager for two Big Four accounting firms.
Francis’ practice is dedicated to advising Canadian and non-resident taxpayers on Canadian tax matters. As such, he provides corporate, partnership and trust planning for high-net-worth individuals, owner-managers and their businesses, both domestic and international. Francis has been involved in corporate reorganizations, structuring of investments and businesses, purchases and sales of businesses and real estate, estate planning, immigration and emigration, and non-profit organizations and charities. He also assists taxpayers with their cross-border needs.
Francis has obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Montreal and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from HEC Montréal.
